M.S Autos is simply one of the best Mechanics in Reading, the professionalism, customer service and Hospitality is of the highest standards I have ever received in any garage. The work rate speaks for it self as with it comes highly experienced qualified Mechanics. Am really happy with the service I received.

Been to him a number of times and have now realised he is ripping off people. He is charging twice the price of the part as that of main dealer and is not even bothered to provide receip for that. Will never go back . Initial bill for me was £615 and when I said I cannot pay this much and will show my car to someone else then suddenly he said that he has done another diagnostic and now it can be fixed around £110. Don't trust him any more and will never use his services again.
Very unprofessional. charging twice(plus VAT) for a part which is half the price from supplier.would never go back and will never recommend to any one. if you hate some one and want him to loose his money then recommend him to MS autos.

Total shambles!.did work.on.my car which took them 2 weeks to do a 2 hour job I had to keep chasing them for date to get my car back. Quoted different prices to original quote, when I got.my car back, scuff marks on car which they denied doing. Exhaust nuts not replaced after work completed which caused damage to dust cover on drive velocity cover. Lost my wheel.locking nut kit and said they didn't have it even though they used it to remove wheel ! Then I get phone call saying they have FOUND my wheel.locking nut ( no.kit) and after me collecting this from them, 3 days later,get another call saying they have given me wrong one so will drop mine round to.me. Mechanic came round and I insisted he checked it was correct one,turns out the one he brought round to.me as replacement was wrong one😣 Skoda specialist!! Don't think so! Complained to.owner Maiwand who told me he gets complaints every day!! Absolute shambles . Wouldn't even give them.one star but there wasn't a rating for zero!

I recently visited MS Autos Reading to get my Audi serviced, based on their positive reviews. Despite spending a considerable amount, they failed to properly address my oil leak. Additionally, they neglected to replace and check my light bulbs, even though I was charged for the labour as they forgot. This oversight was dangerous, as I was driving without two working lights, which could have resulted in me being pulled over and posed a risk to other drivers. The service record falsely indicated that the lights had been checked and replaced.
I returned the next day during my lunch break, using extra petrol to get there. After inspecting the vehicle, they charged me additional fees for the parts they had initially forgotten to replace. The staff was rude throughout this process, which was particularly disappointing. This inconvenience was entirely due to their error.
Ultimately, I had to go elsewhere to get the work done at a lower cost than they had quoted. Due to the incompetence and rudeness displayed, particularly by someone I believe to be the manager, I will not be returning to MS Autos Reading.
